Terms of Service
All customer orders placed through the RoboHits.com website will be subjected to the following terms of service set forth below. You as the customer (client) have read, understood and completely agree with these terms.
Websites That Are Not Accepted
Any website that contains any of the following will not be accepted. If at any time this type of content is added to your website during its campaign run then your account will be suspended immediately.
From the time the client has placed the order it can take up to 24 hours before your website will start to see an increase. Typically it takes about 12 hours. Traffic delivery is completely dependent on the clients initial settings, daily caps and delivery duration.
Mistakes When Ordering
The client is responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process. If the client provides us the wrong URL or niche in the beginning and notifies us of the error, we will gladly make the change. However, any traffic that was generated during the mistake will not warrant a refund. If a traffic order error is found by the client, we do not issue refunds.
Stats and counters
Our servers track visitors in real time as they pass through our network. Each time a visitor lands on your website for more than 20 seconds we count this as 1 visitor and deduct it from your customers account.
One method we highly recommend to customers is to use a Goo.gl redirect for your URL. You would enter the your link into Goo.gl, and when Goo.gl gave you your unique redirect link, you would enter that into the system. This allows you to view a common 3rd party report showing numbers. If you order 5000 visitors and Goo.gl shows 4000 visitors we will make up the difference until Goo.gl reflects exactly what you have purchased.
Should you choose not to use the above recommended methods, we advise you to use some type of image based statcounter. This would be such counters as those provided by statcounter.com and hitstats.com

GOOGLE ANALYTICS AS PROOF OF DELIVERY.
Should a client's website, for whatever reason, become unavailable, the client holds us blameless. Should the unavailability be from over-ordering (more traffic than client hosting can actually handle), the client is responsible. We have no knowledge of the hosting plan of a client so we cannot promise uptime. Any traffic delivered during the downtime is not refundable. It’s up to the client to ensure that his/her website is in working order and stop the operation using the c-panel should the website become unavailable at any point.
The only time a client is eligible to a refund is if the order was not completely fulfilled. This request will be respected within seven days after the delivery date has passed. Past that, no refund will be made.
Traffic Signups/Sales and Conversions
We do not guarantee a client will receive any sales or conversions from the traffic we send. Our guarantee is that we will send the traffic our client ordered. So, if nothing comes from the traffic sent, we are held blameless and will not issue a refund. We also suggest reading carefully the Terms Of Service of any CPA or affiliate program you are planning to use with our service. We cannot be held responsible if your account is banned.
